Hello,
I recently got a job offer in the US. However, the person who interviewed and selected me let me know a few days back that he found out from the administration that they do not sponsor H1 or J1 for the position I was offered.
It was an excellent opportunity and I am very disheartened. The person hiring me has said that he will talk to the administrator personally to see if something can be worked out.
Does anyone know if there is a chance of it working out?
I know many people at that company who are on J1 or H1 but they are at higher positions than the one I am being offered.
Any advice/ input will be appreciated.
