I'm a j1 research scholar with one month left in my visa. I have a job offer by a scientific company but I can't wait till October to start working which would be the case with the h1b visa. What are my options? The company is willing to sponsor me even the eb2 green card but the labor certification would also delay significantly the whole process by at least 6 to 8 months or more
