Problems with J1 waiver advisory and waiver recommendation

Hi! I am Mireia, in the web usually Seawaterdrop, and new to this community.

I encountered Immihelp while trying to find out why I could not generate the PDF to complete and send by regular mail my advisory for a J1 visa waiver, since I have recently married a USA citizen and would like to stay here in USA with him, logically. I have tried several times, it always generates an error when trying to create the PDF at the end of the online process.

I have read this (http://travel.state.gov/contenthttps...cy-waiver.html) regarding technical issues with this waiver, but the corresponding news (http://travel.state.gov/content/trip...ems-issue.html) seems to indicate that these problems should be solved by now.

Is anyone else in a similar situation? Is there still trouble, in general, to process requests for visas and other related? Anyone knows when this will be solved? How can I be reassured that I will not be in trouble because my present visa (J1) will soon expire and I cannot do anything to start the residence process?

I am also on J1 visa status and married to US citizen recently. I am about to start J1 waiver for 3 yrs in US. My employer is about to file for H1 (J1 waiver). Please let me know if I can apply for EAD through my husband and complete the 3 yr waiver requirement instead of going through H1 visa process.

Hi! I am afraid I do not know what EAD is. I do not think I know enough myself to help you. I only know that I keep encountering difficulties to request my J1 waiver.
