J-1 waiver in case of 2 different J1 visas

Hi I'm Shagrath,

I am an undergraduate student for a summer research internship on a J1 at Carnegie Mellon University, and am subject to the 2yr home residency requirement. If come back again next summer as well, on a different J1 visa (and different DS-2019) but to the same university, would I require to file for TWO waivers to clear the home residency requirement, or would one waiver be sufficient?
