Hi guys
I'm on a J1 training visa for 18 months, my visa expires Jan 2016. I'm planning to resign without notice and go to Vancouver by car to leave the country, coming back on a tourist visa a few days later to maintain status wrap it up before going back to my home country . I'm sure the sponsor company will ask for a reason and, although the original reason is because this company is abusive, I could be looked bad. So I was thinking of saying it was an emergency situation... but Canada is not my home country. What's the best to do to make sure I don't harm myself?
