One month Over-No Update on 221 G white paper AP

Me and my wife had appeared in the Kolkata Consulate for J1 and J2 Visa interview on 13th July 2015. Post interview, the consular said that they need to ask few more questions and for that they gave 221 G White to my wife and asked her to send some documents visa email. They said that it would take 2-4 weeks to complete the AP . She had mailed the documents on that day itself and ever since, on the Kolkata Consular Pending and refused visa page her case is showing pending. The Document submission date and status update date is still :13th July 2015. Today, when I checked the list, I was shocked see, that everyone except my wife's case id got a status update date as on 12th August 2015 which today. her's is still 13th July 2015. Even the files which were submitted on 14th July, have also got a status update as on today's date.

We are both very much tensed about this.

If anyone have any idea about this, kindly share your view.

Today, we finally saw there's a change in the status date : 13th August 2015. Till yesterday it was : 13th July 2015. For thos whose status update date got changed yeterday, i.e. 12th August, 2015; most of them got their visa issued today. So I'm hoping that out visa status will also be showing " Issued" by tomorrow.

For thos whose status update date got changed yeterday, i.e. 12th August, 2015; most of them got their visa issued today. Finally we got our visa . It got approved on 14th August and we got it in hand on 17th August. Thank you
