Hi! I am on a J1 visa right now. My mother has a Visitor visa however, I was thinking if I could apply another visa for her so that she could stay longer than 6 months in the US. She is living alone in my home country, and it would best for her to just stay with me so I could take care of her. I know J2 visa is for spouse/children of a J1 holder. Any other way? I would appreciate your advice regarding this. thank you!
