Hi guys,
I am from India. I had a query about J1 waivers. I know that one could obtain "no objection certificate" from home govt to waive 2 year home residency. The question is that. My skill is on our countries required skills list. Would i get a waiver in that case or waivers are only given to people with those skills which are not mentioned n the skills list and how easy or tough is it to get it. Can we get this while we are working in USA?? I would be starting a post-doc soon. I am Not in medical proffesion. Thanks in advance. Much appreciated.
