appeared for J2 visa
when i appeared for J2 visa(spouse/child) ,visa officer gave me a blue handout refering 221(g) and asked me to submit the required documents via drop box.the next day i have submitted documents via drop box at VFS.May i know what is meant by Drop box?.How many days it may require to process?.will it take more days or weeks or months?.
when i check for the status of my passport,i'm receiving the message as 'your passport has not been handed over to VFS'. i can't understand what's meant by this.since i submitted all at VFS via drop box.then why should i get message as like mentioned above.Being a mother of 10 months old baby i couldn't go anywhere for getting information about this.
Please reply me if anyone know about this.
