J2 pending case under section 221(g)
Dear All,
I applied for J2 visa few days ago. I tried to convince the counsellor in every manner that m not going to settle down there with my wife. But she totally ignored all that i said and gave a yellow slip to me on which she has written that get a letter from your current employer stating that you will be on leave during this period under section 221(g). what should i do ? how should i approch again and what are the chances that i will get the visa once i will get that "wanted letter" from my current employer!!
