j1 reapply

hi,
i have a j1 until may 2008. after that my 18 months are over. is there a way to apply for a new j1? my ds2019 says "not subject to 2 year residence requirement".

I would say yes as you dont have to meet the waiver requirement.
But check with your internationals office or a good immigration lawyer who handles j1 visas. Good luck!

Yes you can reapply if your DS2019 says "not subject to 2 year residence requirement". but of course you got to comply again the whole paper work...
i did apply 2 times successfully.
