I am thinking of filing a civil lawsuit against my department (university) for racial discrimination, mental and emotional harrassment and bunch of other stuff. Does anyone know a good immigration lawyer who deals with J1 VISA and/or can anyone guide me? My J1 VISA ends June 30. I will really appreciate all the help. Thanks you all.
