help needed

Dear all,
I am trying to get J2 visa slot to my wife in Chennai consulate. I have been trying from last one month, its showing check back in 24 hrs. Could any body help when should I try to book visa slot? any specific day or time. waiting for reply..

Any time between 000000 hrs to 235959 hrs is fine. I'm sure you'll soon get a slot between that time. Good luck!
