Hi friends,
I am going to apply from Canada for a J1 visa and J2 for my wife together. My wife is a state Govt employee in India. Do I need to produce any documents related to that like NOC and leave sanction letter from the corresponding employer? Is there any chance of rejection lack of that document. She has been here for past one year. Please clarify it.
