Question regarding DS-160

Hello!

I have to complete the DS-160 for a J1 visa (Work and Travel) and I have a concern about the following question:
Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?

My father applied for DV-2017.
I applied personally for DV-2019 and DV-2020 (which the results are not public yet)
I did not win any of them.

What should I answer to this question?

You should answer no. DV is just the lottery application and this question is meant for Green Card or naturalization.

(374 days of DOL/I-140 and 356 days of AOS = 730 days of Green Card Process)
