Help me pls!!!!
I had a student visa refusal in octomber 2009 under section 214(B) and now I want to apply for J1 visa with Work and Travel Program, I am first year student at university plus I have a sister in the USA who is married there.
How can I convince the consular that I am not an immigrant and I want to work and travel there just for this summer? do I have any chances to get this type of visa?
