Visa-Location (Kolkata or Delhi?) J1

Hi, I am a J1 holder currently in US. since I am from J&K I opted for Delhi as location but I have not been seeing dates since one month. Even if they show a single date, it remains for one week and jumps to next week or so. I am worried that it might not show the date on which I need the interview (4th, 5th of August). I wanted to know if I can take visa interview appointment in Kolkatta or any other place, as dates are available in these locations. Thanks in advance.
