I am a medical resident and currently in the US on a J1 visa. I recently got married and added my wife as a dependent, i was wondering if she applied for the J2 visa does she have a timeframe to where she needs to land in the US? For example: if her visa got issued in april Tweakbox Appvalley https://vlc.onl, can she arrive on September? I checked online and there doesn’t seem to be a clear rule regarding this concern as long as she doesnt land in the US before me.

No. She can use the visa to enter at any point during the validity period of the visa, up to and including the day the visa expires, as long as you are still in J1 status.
