Recently, my J1 visa got approved after being denied before due to a misunderstanding. I am thrilled about starting my exchange year in December. However, I have a vacation planned in the US in September and will be traveling on my new ESTA since the denial. Despite being excited, I'm anxious about this trip as I've read that I could face difficulties spinkoows at the border because of the previous echatrandom denial on my record. I am concerned about the consequences on my visa if I am denied entry on my ESTA. Would it be advisable to go on this trip? I would appreciate any advice you can offer.
