moving from J1 to J2

Hi,I want to move from J1 to J2. I don't have "Two-Year Home Residence Requirement - 212(e)", but I was on J1 for more than a year, and I read somewhere that I have a 12 months bar before I can move to a different J visa, although other location writes that there is no bar https://routerlogin.uno/ .

Does someone have any experience with it?
