J1 entry visa renewal

Hello all,

My initial J1 was subject to administrative process - I waited for 3 months ! Now the entry visa has expired and if I leave the country, will I surely be subject to the administrative processing hell again ?

I got my initial J1 in the UK (to which I am not a permanent resident or citizen), while my home country is China. Does this mean that I will have to do the entry visa renewal at no other country than these two.

You can apply for the J1 Visa in any country, but it may still be subject to admin processing again.
