marrying a j1 holder in us while on b1/b2

Hello,
my fiance got selcted for doing residency in a program in CT on J1 visa.
I currently have a B1 /B2 visa, we r plannin to get married in usa because of family issues..(legal marriage only ). So
1. IS A MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE FROM USA VALID IN INDIA WHILE WE GO FOR VISA IV For J2?
2.Since we will be having only a small non religious function how shud we prepare the wedding album for the iv?Is it okay to carry an album with no religious functions/parents n a largea crowd in it?

3. will i be able to apply for a J2 after the marriage from usa ?

Get whatever photos you can. If asked about the function you can answer accordingly.

have same doubt did you get converted from b1/b2 to j2 did you had any issues.
