Hello everyone:
i am srinivasan , had applied for the J-1 visa at chennai consulate to train in the hospitality field. though I had all the documents I was denied. Now , I am going to re appear again this week for the third time at chennai. can anyone adivise me how far it is possible to get over the past situation. I am currently studying some advance level courses with the American hotel associations`s educational institute, washington, usa by distance learning stream. as a part of curriculum , I am taking up this training program. But I am completely willing to come back to india after 12 months to enrol in a universityand complete my studies to get the certificate and to attend the classes. Now, I am going to reapply . so, can anyone one advise if I can tell them that I am a student of AHLA , american institute and doing distance learning program have to come back and enrol in a college to give my exams and to submit the project. it should be a ties to the usa than a tie to india. please adivise. how far it is possible to get over the past situation.this time I should make it.I am awaiting for a good response from a experienced one.
