Hi,
My husband is on J1 and I am a J2.When we visited India in 2008,we were changing from F1 to J1 as my husband had started his residency and our processing was delayed in Chennai under the sec 221g.It was eventually processed in 4 weeks. We are planning to visit [B]India again in Feb 12 and we have to get the visa processed again(J1). Does anyone know if there are any chances of our visa processing getting delayed again under 221g. Can it happen twice? Thanks in advance.
PS:we had all our documents first time around and still it was delayed.
