unfinished aupair program questions, pls. help

Hi, I'm an aupair from Thailand. I came to usa on June, 2011. After I worked as an aupair about 5 months. I had an issue with my host family so I left their home by they understand that I will go back home. But I'm not. Now I stay with my boyfriend that he is a us citizen. My aupair agency called my family in Thailand and they know that I'm still in the usa. They said they already cancel my J1 visa. At first I planned with my boyfriend that we will married in December to change my status but we didn't. Because my boyfriend he is in a military. Now he is in a school of military and he will finish his school on May, 2012. His job needs a security clearance that now it's in a process. He doesn't get it yet. His recruiter said he better not married to an out of status person like me yet. Because it might effect his security clearance and he may need to stop school. The recruiter said he might get marry after he gets his security clearance that means in May, 2012. But I can't wait until that time because when I came here, my father sign a contract that if after I finished or unfinished aupair program. I still stay here without any other visa. We need to pay them money. So I have questions;

1. Is there any other way for me to continue stay here legally? (except student visa because I don't have that much of money)
2. Shall I go back to Thailand first, then come back here with K1 visa? But I had heard that if I already out of status and I go back to my homeland. I can't come back here again.
