DS-160 - NEXT button greyed out (going crazy)

Good evening,
I have been filling out the online DS-160 (for my j2) for the last hour and I have just hit a very frustrating and incomprehensible bump.

I am at the last page of section 1 - and the "next:PHOTO" button is greyed out. I can't go forward.

I can save my application, which means there are no mistakes in my entry, but I have no way of clicking NEXT.

Has anybody ever experienced this? Is it a temporary glitch in the system? Am i doing something wrong? Can I correct this?

Please any help will be very much appreciated, I must take this appointment asap and now I am stuck .... without even knowing why : (

ds-160 nexthoto button disabled.. greyed out

im having the same problem since October 2011 for my h2b visa. Now my employer sent me another petition letter for winter 2012-13 and i filled up the online ds 160 form, still same problem. I have issued a h2b visa last 2009 and it was sucessful. this time, the application wherein "next : photo" button is appears to be greyed out and disabled. i emailed twice the embassy where i will have my appointment and they informed me the same procedure and still it doesnt work. is this a system error? i hope this issues will be solved because it stops us from taking great career opportunities which is once in a lifetime.

any advise? further assistance?

maybe your are using a browser that is not compatible with the website. try different browsers and OS'. my bf filled out the DS-160 two month ago without any problem.
