Hi all, this is my first time here!
My American fiancé will be filing the I-129F petition within a year or two. I have a question regarding the Affidavit of Support that we'll need to do at some point. My fiancé does earn over the poverty level, but the problem is his hours are varying because he works shifts. He usually works at least 40 hours a week but sometimes it can be as little as 32 or as much as 64, so obviously his pay stubs vary and his salary will be different year by year. What would we need to do in this case?
