Hi im a greencard holder and my husband is in UK in a student visa....Next week I will be submitting form i130 for a spouse visa for my husband and aftr submitting v(both) are planning for a 3month vacation to our home country...Will this affect the process?? And hw will v both inform about our vacation since they have not asked any related question in i130...
