Hi to all. I am new here and even dont know is this the right forum to discuss my problem. I wish to know whether a green card holder sponsor her spouse. If yes then how much time it would take. If this is not the correct forum then please let me know the name of proper forum.

Are you asking whether a Green Card holder can petition her spouse? The answer is "yes," but the waiting period for an available visa slot (Priority Date) is now two years, approximately.

Once a Priority Date is reachable, sponsorship documents must be submitted, and these must first be from the petitioner.
