I was previously married and still use my married name rather than my maiden name. Can I still submit my birth certificate with the I-129F or do I need other documentation?

Documents to Prove US Citizenship for I-129F

The enabling document for U.S. citizenship would be a U.S. birth cert, but you should also provide proof of any name changes, i.e., marriage certificate copy.
A copy of the ID page of a U.S. passport, showing your current name, would also work in lieu of the birth and name change proof.

Include copies, only, of ID page and entry/exit/visa pages.
The instructions do say "all pages," but that's simply superfluous, but the instructions also specify "in lieu of any of the above...," which would be copy of US. birth cert or Naturalization cert.
