Question about DS160

Hello,

I am preparing form DS160 for my fiancee. I have finished answering all the questions, but I am not sure what to answer for

"Did you obtain your medical records and do you have a document showing the proof

She hasn't had her medical yet, she is going to schedule it tomorrow. Should we

1- Answer no and give an explanation that she is going to get it done this week
2- Answer yes as she will have it within a week
3- Wait till she has it and then submit this form?

Also, I don't see any option of schedule an interview option on the embassy's website. Do I schedule an interview by just emailing them? in addition to the question below, can I schedule an interview for a future date now without the police clearance etc? and get those documents before the interview?

I am unsure if i can schedule an interview after submitting my ds160 form or do i wait for the medical and police clearance etc?
