Noa2 delay!!

Hey guys!! I have a question, my fiance & I applied for visa k1 last august,2014 and still waiting for my Noa2, my case was in Cali until february bcz my fiance changed his adress,in march, he go to Texas and my case was transfer to Texas also so do u think my case is delay bcz of it? The re is nothing i cant do, even i tried with congressman
, didnt work and how i can know they are checking our background? Be cause we think they didnt check our papers!!

I applied for k3 September 2014. I tried everything , we have lawyer too and still no news. My case is im National Benefits center.
