Hey guys,
I am 27 and a young German mother of 3! I got married to my husband 1 1/2 years ago who is American, here in Germany
I recently had his twins, which we filed their American passports and ssn for already. My husband and I were supposed to move to the states together this November, but due to private situations our marriage is not working out. And therefore he won't be filing for my petition to get a working permit.
So my question is, can I get a work permit or some kind of visa due to my kids or my marriage? He won't be helping me to get anything in the states, I do wanna move and live out there I just have a hard time figuring out how to still get the green card without him filling it for me.
