hi.. questions abt documents on K1

hello!

got questions about all the documents needed for K1..

1. i applied for a tourist before, 3 times and got denied also 3 times, will this affect my stand on K1?
do they keep records about your information in their computers?

2. you mentioned something about the notarization under the affidavit, will it be ok if it will be just a lawyer or do we really have to go to US embassy for notarization?

3. his parents agreed to co-sponsor/joint sponsor him, what do they need? such as documents etc? and they are in the US.

4. why does the the tourist visa need to have an affidavit of support, i thought they have to have ties in their home country so that they have the intention in returning... why do they have to fill-up that I-134?
what about for K1?

5. will it be ok to staple the forms or are they strict abt this?

6. is it ok also if other person will pay the fee for the I-129F? coz my fiancee is here with me...

7. what kind of envelop or folder do i have to use?.. hehehe
