K1 interview no decision

My fiancee had his interview nov 30 first he went to the first window and then taken to a back room. This was in islamabad pakistan the officer questioned our age difference me being older and then asked again and again of our meeting on skout. After 45 and not looking at our proof of relationship they told him to go and wait for decision
They kept his passport and he was not given any paperwork
When we check his status it just says ready for interview and it was updated one day after interview. Any feedback would help im a total mess thanks
