Hi I m very glad to be part of this forum that looks like a big family as we re all have a common goal I guess.
My husband who I married in my country
is a Us citizen. He applied for a I 130 petition for immigrant spouse which would be me.Can I anyway go to visit him While the petition has been processed? I know I can apply for the I 129F. How does it work?

You can definitely visit your husband in the US if you are granted a tourist visa. Otherwise you have to wait until approval of your spousal visa before entering the US. The I-129F is for Fiance visas for K1, K2, K3, or K4 visas. I'm assuming you're asking about K3 visa which allows slightly faster processing of your marriage visas. However, in general the I-129F is used for unwed K1 fiance who wants to immigrate to the US and get married to their US citizen partner. So you're not eligible in this case.
