K1 & H1B parallely

Hi,

I have been facing a piquant situation..I am already in the processing stages of my K1 Visa but now I got an offer from my employer for processing of H1B visa also..
But i am not sure as to if I can go ahead with the processing of both visas simultaneously.. Can somebody tell me whether it is possible to do so and if yes , then what are the benefits of doing it ..

I shall be liable for the processing fees which my employer shall incur on my behalf..

Kindly help me fast as I have to respond quickly..any help shall be greatly appreciated ..

i do not know if u can process both the visas together i was just going through the threads and ws confused as to what is a k1 visa. i wish to come to usa ans try to work there can you help me. i need information as to what type of visa i can work i do not have a job as yet but am sure can get one once i cemo to there. can i work on a dependent visa and then convert it to work permit
pls help
