hello, I currently want to petition for my fiancé in the Dominican republic, but I'm still living at home with my parents and I live in NY so its really hard to get an apt . I wanted to know if its gonna be a problem if i file the petition and i don't have my own place. Will it be denied ?

Hi,
It won't matter who you live with during your petition process. Right now, whether you live on your own or with your parents won't affect your petition status. However, when it's time to file the Affidavit of Support, some of this information will become relevant because you'll have to show assets and a Tax Return.
As long as you can support yourself and your fiance financially, it is of little importance.
