Hi! Can someone help me about fiance visa application? My gf is a us immigrant visa holder. Last year 2016 she went to us already. Now 1 year residing already. Can she file a fiance visa for me even she is not a citizen yet but immigrant visa holder. I am here in the philippines. Thank in advance for your kind help.

She is a US permanent resident. No, she cannot petition for a fiance. Only US citizens can petition for a fiance.
