Can I use my SSN from OPT for marriage process?

Hi,
I'm a F-1 student, currently on OPT. Me and my boyfriend finally decided to get married after 5 years of relationship.

My question is, can I use this SSN for marriage process, like from marriage certificate application to whole documents like 1-485 and so forth.

It might be little stupid question, but I really want to make sure I do everything right.

You MUST use this SSN on any government form that asks for SSN for the rest of your life.
