Emergency Visa

My wife is a Cuban National and is pregnant outside the US. We have been married for 1 year and i have filed all petitions in January at the Embassy in the country she resides.She is currently on contract with the Cuban govt. and her Contract ends this July and if she does not get a visa by then she will be deported and if she hides she will be homeless and jobless.I need to have her recieve the proper medical attention for our child as she is currently in a third world country. Is their an emergency visa? Is there another application i need to file?
