I Am applying for a fianc?? visa. I Am mexican/American and my fiance is mexican he applied for a tourist visa two years ago. We visited the US two years ago . we currently live in M?xico. Question is: if my fiance already counts with a visa, is there any complication or restriction for us or him to enter the US as tourist while the fiance visa is in proccess? We will be sending the package to uscis two months before traveling once again to the US. Or probably sending the package at the same time de are visiting . please help. I appreciate it.
