i forgot to submit money in application and it said improperly filed. Now i was reading if you dont submit money or dont sign they dont even accept it and it doesnt even contain a filing date. So is that like i never even applied or send it out ? I tried to call but they just say they dont do anything without money.

U need to make money order and send out with the rest of the documents. They dont do any processing without money.

than you but doesnt that mean i already have a rejection now and its harder to get a visa or they dont keep it at all, so not even accept it or scan it

if it was sent without money , its returned and it is NOT considered filed
