      I receive I-797 Form for a K1-visa

I receive an I-797 Form for a K1-visa, and it's asking me about if, I had any crivil or criminal conviction. The answer is no, but do I need to provide police records or just say no and sign off and return. I just don't want to delay our application for missing document.

Once, this has been submit how long will it take before were will receive an approval?

You probably didn't answer the question on the I-129F petition in Part C, number 2, so they consider your application incomplete. I hope you saved a copy and can check the box about criminal convictions, print the revised one and send a compete I-129F back to them.
