Hi

I came to US on a K1 (fiance) Visa and subsequently got married within the 90 days period.. What I need to know is, am I consider an Immigrant or am I a Non-immigrant?

Someone please help answer my question.

You are an immigrant. If you have married, you need to change your status immediately with the Department of Homeland Security.
