Hello everyone,
I have a question, I would like to try for the k1 visa application, and I noticed a part about an interview by the consulate. The problem is she is here already on a visitors visa 2 years actually. We have all the necessary proof of engagment, time spent together, and so on, but would it be possible to do the k1 visa if she is already here?
If the answer is no, can anyone recomened me some suggestions.
