  • I-129F processing time?

This question is for people who recently received a USCIS approval of their I-129F:

What was the actual processing time at the USCIS Service Center?

(I know what they have published at the official web site. I am looking for real life numbers for the time span between your NOA1 and NOA2.)

    Thanks in advance!

Look I don't know about others, but mine took only 7 weeks. I applied in May 2006 and I got it approved in July 2006. The only thing I can tell you is that we wrote an email to the district representative, to speed up the process.

I am not sure if you got any replies....but my I-129f was transfered to VSC also.....I believe that they now process all I-130 and I-129 at the same Service Centers

Please advise on K3 visa process

I am a US Citizen married to a Russian citizen. I have filed I-130 and I-129 petitions on behalf of my husband.
At the time of filling I was living in Russia with my husband and entered our address in Russia as mailing address.
Now I am back in US and was wondering if I should change the address using USCIS website. Would it speed up the process? Or should I just leave it as is? (my husband did receive both NOA1s in Russia).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my case was trasfer to Vermont too, and everybody said that they are the faster one on the I129f (k3) visa. They said that to get approve it takes 4-6 weeks but it depend because in some cases they approved in one week, I think it just luck.

inquiry on filling up the Form I-129F

hi guys. i have some questions while we're filling up electronically in pdf format the forms I-129F and G-325A.

In Form I-129F, in part A, there's the box for answering the question on the country on which the petitioner was born. my fiance was born in the philippines however, the spaces in the box are not enough to include all the letters of the word PHILIPPINES. so, it's only spelled as PHILIPPINE but with a "+" sign at the right bottom part of it. This is also the same with my address as the beneficiary. The spaces in the box for my street address are not enough to fully print my whole street address. so, the last part of it also includes the "+" sign.

so, my question is, do you think it's ok for the USCIS that we print these documents and submit it to them? i don't know if it's understood already from them that the address was really long so maybe it's ok to submit that document.

though, at the second part of part B, my complete address is listed there, so they will still get my complete address.

thanks. hope you can help me.
