    the wedding already takes place before the said 90 days. do i have to file the adjustment of status within that 90 days upon arrival here in US? is it okay if i file it more than 90 days after?

    you can file past the 90 days, though is not recommended since you are technically "out of status".

      It means you have to apply adjustment of status within 90 days, as your fiance would be out of status after 90 days.

        You CAN file after 90 days. You will be out of status, which is NOT a good thing... that is why is recommended for you to file within that period.

        May I remind you your K-1 visa is for the purpose of marrying and applying for AOS, nothing else. So do not delay on filing.
