Not necessarily... but if you keep trying to enter the US by all means possible, it may arise some interesting questions at your K1 interview.Disclaimer: The information you obtain from me at this forum is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice. Don't get me wrong I am not going to attempt to cross everyday or anything like that. I want to try for my own sanity to go across as long as it does not harm the chances of me marrying my girlfriend at a later date if we think the time is right.Originally posted by PraetorianXINot necessarily... but if you keep trying to enter the US by all means possible, it may arise some interesting questions at your K1 interview.
Thanks for all of your replies Praetorian. Your help and honesty means a lot to me

I didn't mean just trying several times in separate days, i meant simply attempting a B2, a VWP, ... etc... while processing a K1.Disclaimer: The information you obtain from me at this forum is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice. Oh, I get you now. I would not attempt anything while the K1 is in process as it states you can not so no worries there. I have another question for you. When you say the K1 process does that mean after the initial forms are sent to Vermont or after they have sent there approval?Originally posted by PraetorianXII didn't mean just trying several times in separate days, i meant simply attempting a B2, a VWP, ... etc... while processing a K1.
Sorry again for all the questions

Oh poohOriginally posted by PraetorianXIThe entire application process.
I guess it means I will have to spend some time apart from my angel while the process is working. I guess I can stay in Canada while the initial stuff is going through and then return for my interview.
Thanks again praetorian
