I have been trying (by phone) to find the status of Receipt Number WAC 07-013-51967 - Case Number NPL2007533003. Need to know if it is still active or do I have to refile?

Also, what is the best way to communicate. I have just a couple of questions. The (603) 334-0700 number is perpetually busy.
